125% -- 9 frames
9648% -- everything spontaneous non-stop until processor chip
explodes.

You can say that again. I printed outn a chart that gave the best areas for
leveling characters based on their clvl. I used it to good effect. However,
it went the way of all things paper and, after a year or so I can no longer
find it. Sadly I can't find the site I printed it from either. :-(
