The +2 skills makes it look interesting, but the thing is, being a
crossbow, I'm going to have to drop my "switch head" if I want to use
it... Not really a big deal, since that one only gives me a +1 revive
(and the wand is basically just a "placeholder")
My "main" weapon (a wand I can't remember specifics on at the moment -
it gives me a +3RS and a +2 something else I forget, plus some other
goodies) and head (a REALLY nice Rhyme that started out as a superior
two-socket with +2RS, +2SR to go along with faster/more block) ain't
going anywhere for the foreseeable future - they're just too good to get
rid of.
Also, what should I do with a mule that's got a stash literally stuffed
full of PGems? 48 of them total, and except Amethyst and Topaz, there's
no less than 8 of each color, with at least 6 of the two exceptions. No
skulls of any flavor, though - I haven't bothered collecting those.
Anybody wanna make me an offer? Drop a note with time and place...

Either trade those pgems away for other tradeables, perhaps runes? I see a
lot of people selling Puls or Ums for a few tens of pgems, it probably
depends on the realm you're playing on what the going rate for a Pul or Um
in pgems is...
Or use them up in rerolling items, for instance Grand Charms found in
Hell, hoping for a nice skiller with +life.

As for 'Pus Spitter'; I've found a few, and I think I've traded all of
them away for a few pgems at most, if/when I found someone who wanted to
use it (no idea what for, but hey, that's not my problem. ;)

Err, how is it good for a poison necro? It doesn't boost their poison damage
itself...sure, it has +2 skills but you can get the same from sucide
branch+lidless which also gives you lots of other mods(not to mention you
can get a lot more than +2 from weapon and shield slot). Plus it's not a
dagger so it's useless with pois. dagger, and any poison necro will have a
hard point in Lower Res(and with gear, will be at higher than level 1) so
the chance to cast lvl 1 lower res is actually not an advantage either.

It's junk. I've never heard of anyone using one, except early in SP.
