Hi,
When I come into this level, all monsters jump at me and there's nothing I
can do but die ! Could you please give me some advise ?

Perhaps you are not ready for that level yet.
Try taking some of the other levels again in a new game with the same
character.

If they are jumping you, then the most obvious reason is that they can see
you from a long way off. So are you wearing any items that add to your
light radius? Swap them for anything else (worthwhile) you can find and you
will find it far less difficult.
Moving slowly helps too.
