Back in the days of Diablo, Hellfire, and Diablo II, this was one of the best places on the Internet (we capitalized it back then, you know). We asked and answered questions about these games, shared fanfics, bantered with each other, and came up with about a million inside jokes.
We all drifted away as the years went on and Usenet declined and social media rose, but we were fantastic! Rob, SilverRaven, Rich G., Stephen van Ham, Celeste, Skee, Dysentery_Bob, Dalai Lama, Lo Fi Cat, Purple, ald, Ken Noone (never, ever to be confused with "No one"), Time Goddess, Cindy, and all the rest of you wonderful knuckleheads (I'm sure I will be remembering more and more of your names over the next several days), you were the best and I still love you.
Even after Google Groups locks this all down this weekend and it becomes archive-only, I hope some of you find your ways back here, if just for the memories.
There'll always be muffins for you.
