i've just found the wizendraw (or something like that) bow, which has the
attribute "shoots magic arrows" well i have only put 1 skill point into that
one, will it be wortwhile to put more skill points in magic arrow? i'm level
20 now...should i just save up skill points for strafe instead?

If you want to be able to use a better damage bow (wizendraw sucks
for damage, at higher than normal diff), and be able to kill something
in NM or Hell, I'd not bother with the magic arrow skill/bow, too much.

Nah, don't put more points in Magic Arrow. Wizendraw shoots em by
default which means you only need to carry arrows for multishot and
others. Also, you will outgrow wizendraw in a little bit. I bought a
Merciless Long war Bow of the bat in Act 4, and even though it is a
normal Blue magic Bow, it does much more damage. Wizendraw's damage
will look pretty wimpy in a little bit.

So don't burn points on Magic Arrow which could be used much more
effectively in multishot, strafe or passives.
