Slashdot Covers Blizzcon, New Character Class Revealed

That's right, the sorceress has a little sister and she's out of the
schoolgirl outfit. While the Wizard isn't as directly based Diablo
II's sorceress as the Barbarian, she clearly shares the sorceress's
powers and her back story starts with a rebellion among the Zann Esu
clan which is the clan of the D2 sorceresses. (God, I'm such a fanboy
dork.) The Wizard looks like a nice update from the sorceress.
Watching the wizard trailer, I couldn't help but smile along with the
Wizard. It could easily be *the* commercial for Diablo III. I'm
getting excited.
