For anyone new to this newsgroup and/or Diablo, Jarulf's guide is definitely
worth having. The information is comprehensive, and layed out well. If you
use Jarulf's guide, you will find out why So many experienced mages run around
with level 1 mana shields, how to avoid mana rape, why thieves items are
coveted, and which prefixes and suffixes dont work, why chain lightning starts
to fizz out at higher levels, and much much more.

Thanks again, Pedro for all your efforts. Your guide is truly phenomenal.

I downloaded this a while ago - great piece of work...
I'd just like to know one thing....how long did it take to gather all that
information?? ;)
Too bad they don't give out Game Guide of the Decade awards.
Thanx for the great doc.

I bet if Pedro actually had the guide published, and sold in stores, he could become
very rich off the royalties

If Blizzard had made sure their "strategy" Guide was correct and had
some usefull information they coudl have been rich too and I would
have had a lot less work to do :)

I have it and i like it. It's very helpful with all the questions about the
items and monsters that I usually have. The only problem that i have with it is
the spacing for the columns. The infomation doesn't line up with the headers .
All in all its a very good piece of work.

Hmm, what version of Word are you using? What printer do you have
installed? Especially the printer you use may affect the layout and
the column formating.

I have just the basic wordpad from win95 and a canon bjc-250 printer. I can
read it, it just takes a little effort thats all.

I beleive it states the document is formatted for MS Word 7.0 and works
exceptionally well there. I printed it out today and it looks great.
Thanks Pedro for a fine resource,

Ah, well, it is ment for Word. It does not have too much advanced
formating so wordpad can probably handle it more or less but not
totally corect. I suggest you download the Word viewer (se link at my
page). It allows you to view and print Word documents.
