Secondly, I wanted to pose two questions.
1. My character is now very high-level. Consequently, I seem to be no
longer visited by were-beasts in the dungeons. I would like to find a
were-beast so I can experiment with lycanthropy (I've been a vampire, and
had a ball committing reckless homicide and wanton murder).
Does anyone know where or how I might find a werebeast? If in a dungeon,
please provide the dungeon location.
2. I visited www.bethsoft.com, and found zero-zip-zilch about Morrowind.
When I visited before they redid the site, they at least included a little
blurb saying that the game was in the early stages of conception. Why the
lack of info?
Thank you,
Justin S. Davis
P.S. Any comments on the sig?

If you have not followed the main story line, there is always at least one
werewolf in the dungeon you are sent to by Cyndassa, the maid in Castle
Daggerfall.
If you've already cleared this dungeon, perhaps camping out in the wilderness
will help.
Cool, cool

I found this at the new home for The Hall of Adventure (it was on mouse
before)
I hope he don't mind me copying it here.
This is the next chapter in TES. It takes place in Morrowind, the land
of the Dark Elves. Game
characters will be able to be imported into TES 3 from Daggerfall.
Reputation of the imported
character will even stay the same.
The game will be in SVGA, using an engine like the one for BattleSpire.
Bethesda is considering a
fractal terrain generator. Morrowind will be smaller than Daggerfall,
but much more detailed.
Julian LeFay is working on Morrowind, and he was the brains behind
Daggerfall. That's almost like
a guarantee the game will be great.
Morrowind will require a Pentium 166 (or so I've been told), and a 3d
accellerator of some sort will
be NEEDED. If you don't have an accellerator, get one... The game
will be Win95 native, using
DirectX.
I have been informed by GT Noonan and Mark Jones, that Morrowind WILL
come with editors for
graphics, quests, monsters, etc. They say that after the reaction to
not including them in Daggerfall,
they'd be stupid not to in Morrowind.
Morrowind will be putting a lot more emphasis on character interaction.
You will be given more
indication of the emotions of the people you meet, and that your own
character is feeling.
Guilds will play a big part of Morrowind. Bethesda is really going all
out to make them cool. They
have expanded quite a bit from Daggerfall's guilds. As you go up in
ranks in a guild, you will be let in
on the various other things the guild is involved with, and the guild
secrets. There should be more
guilds that you can join, too. The guilds and other groups will still
use the faction system like in
Daggerfall. The political system in the game will also be very fleshed
out.
Players will be given more of a sense of their status in the world.
They will be able to see their
attitudes towards others, also. These featues are being added to
"enrich the role-playing
experience".
Quests will be more plentiful (thank God), so you probably won't be
seeing the same one 4 times in
a row. Ditto for artifacts. Definatly gonna be more artifacts.
New classes and races will be incorporated. I even heard a rumor that
you might be able to play as
an orc. Of course, it's only a rumor...
Speaking of rumors, I also heard that dwarves might be in Morrowind.
That'd be cool.
I have been informed that in Morrowind you will actually be able to see
and participate in the
holidays. What does this mean? Well, if this is true, you will
probably see a celebration happening in
the city center. That should be cool.
Ever wondered about hidden locations? Try hidden cities. Morrowind MAY
contain hidden cities
scattered across the land. The only way to find them would be luck, or
directions from another.
When you get a ship in Morrowind, you will be able to sail between
ports, and have to go to a port
to get on your ship. (This is not final right now, so it might be
wrong)
In Daggerfall and Battlespire, there are sections that hint at things to
come in Morrowind. Level 5 of
Battlespire, for example. There are others. Some of those "unfinished
sections" may have something
to do with Morrowind...
Morrowind will be released in late 1999. So you still have a long time
to play Daggerfall. :)

Very high level is not the part of the game that lends itself the best
to lycanthropy. The stat and skill increases are less useful when you
already are almost maxed out. But hey, it's your game! :)

A surefire way is the Witch Quest "deliver this potion to the Mages
Guild". A coven location and several other useful details is found at
http://home.sol.no/~itlandm/werewolf.html (my LycFAQ site).

Yes, it is too long.
And to readers outside the USA, a democrat means a person who supports
democracy, as opposed to dictatorship or anarchy. No more, no less.

just that you alienate a lot of people who might have liked you otherwise, when
you do that...just like the guy who said he wanted everyone's opinion on
Clinton but all you yellow liberals don't need to answer or somesuch...
sounds suspiciously like.."You're entitled to an opinion...MINE"
It really belongs more on talk.politics or somesuch...
of course..that's just my opinion

Well, what rank are you in the Fighters Guild? They offer a "go kill
the loup that's been terrorizing farmers" quest. Just keep telling
them 'no' until it's offered.

just for the record, all i said was that i apologize in advance to liberals
because i figured referring to clinton as "full of crap" might be
offensive...
