Unless you also have the plague.... In that case, "life sucks, then you
die" :(
If you get stuck as a vampire and want out, there are easy cures. If you
haven't already seen the posts detailing it, just ask and either me or
someone else will gladly rehash it for you.

I don't remember.... I've never had a vampire character ;)

They will eventually contact you. IIRC, one of two things happens with
"first contact": You get a letter which starts a quest OR you get a
letter which sends you to an agent of the clan (who gives quests?
*shrug*)
