Just getting back into the game after a year-long hiatus and I have a couple
of questions:

1.) Where do I start asking for info on locating the Witch's Coven?
2.) When running with cheat mode on, you can get the quests info. Does
anyone know how to decipher the stuff to figure out where one is in the
storyline? I forgot which quest comes next.

Thats it for now. Don'y send any replies to my e-mail account, my wife might
see them and discover I'm playing that evil time sucking game again!

You can't ask people "Where is the nearest Coven?" just like you can't
ask for the nearest dungeon. You have to find a map or just stumble on
it. With the exception of Glenmoril witches, who have their quarters
in towns or villages. In this case you have to look through every
residence and (not least) house for sale until you find a person in
grey who represent the witches. To complicate things further, not all
towns have one. I know of some, from a tiny little village to one of
the capitals. But I guess you want to find them for yourself. :)

You can? Anyone want to tell me how this works? It was not in the
patched.txt file where most of the "cheats" were explained.

She'll discover anyway. (Never trust a nymph to keep a secret.)

Previously,

I could direct you to a few covens in town (witches of Glem Moril Wyrd), but
I'm not sure this is what you want. There are websites for those particularly
interested in covens, if you need directions to covens in the wild.

I have never talked with anybody who claimed to understand this stuff.

If you post which quests you have completed, I'm sure someone will offer advice
on how to proceed.
Cool, cool

I think he's referring to the F9 key, or whatever, that brings up the
quest screen with the numbers and TRUE/FALSE values. I guess that
someone with extensive quest editing knowledge might be able to make use
of it.

If you use the cheat key that shows everything on the main map, the
wilderness covens are shown as little black squares.

I did this by accident once or twice. If you hit the ";" key, it brings
up a list on screen with various bits of information in red. To clear
it off the screen, you hit F9 (I think, it's been awhile).
