Help w/Petz2&3 Newsgroup???

Hey, sumone made alt.petz for Petz2&3 people, but it is not getting ANY people there, and I have been told(see previous message "Re:here is alt.petz" thread) that the group was not started properly, and a new one will have to be made in order to get traffic to it.

 

PLEASE help me in starting a NG for Petz2&3 people properly, as I am new to newsgroups(well, I visit them ALOT but have never started one). If you could help me I would be very thankful!

You disobeyed two rules:

A OT post without the [OT] label

A MIME message

Both of those are generaly annoying.

People want the [OT] label so they can filter off topic messages out

No mime, because it more than doubles the message size.

and also, this isn't a rule, but HTML looks silly to everyone who has more
sence than to use netscape or IE (Im not sure about the last one).
