Spy won't turn off power

Level 3. Just got the game Saturday. Everything is fine except
my spy will not turn off the power to the electric fence.
I send him into the building with the red light but nothing happens.
Do I have the right building? Is there something else I'm supposed
to do with it?

There's a switch on the side of the building that you need to use to turn
off the power.

Something that was *VERY* unclear in the briefing.
I had to restart and pay *VERY* close attention to the briefing to see
that switch...

At bottom of pylon just inside the fence?
click on spy and hover curser over base and handle action should appear-he
will do it then

Yes u have the right building. Its just a case of standing in the correct
position about the middle of the South wall until u see the handle - not to
be confused with the handle for entering the building. Good luck.
