For CIV 5 Question

How do you assign an unemployed citizen? Its got to be from the city
page but it doesn't appear to be 'drag & click' and the 'Civilopedia'
just says to assign an unemployed citzen to a square, but not how to
do it. - redvet

On the city page, just click on the circle above the tile you want the
unemployed citizen to work. The circle goes green with a citizen icon or
a lock icon in it. If you want to re-assign a citizen, click the green
icon so he becomes unemployed then click the empty circle of the tile
you want to work.
