I just played them best Civ: CTP game I have ever played. I was totally
kicking butt(single player game.). I was all set to conquer the world(after
like 8 or 10 hours of play) aand BOOM, someone else wins. Doh. Bloodlust was
off. I had played the whole game thinking it was on. My question is this: Is
there aa way to modify my one of my earlier saved games with a hex editor or
some such and turn bloodlust off?

there aa way to modify my one of my earlier saved games with a hex editor or
some such and turn bloodlust ON?

go to the cheat menu and go into the scenario parameters box. Set bloodlust
on. Then go back to the cheat menu and save the game as a scen. and play
the scenario. The scenario will be your saved game with the parameter
bloodlust on. If you play just after setting scenario parameter i don't
think it will take effect-- i think you must save as scenario and play the
scenario.
