File Planet sound files

I've been trying for a week to download sound files from fileplanet. I have
only been able to get two or three. Their server is ALWAYS busy. I've
tried during the day from work (ISDN 128k connection) and at night from home
(cable modem 300k connection). It just keeps timing out. Is this the norm
for file planet? Is there anywhere else I can get some of these cool sound
files?

When I downloaded a load of these last weekend, I always chose one of the
two London download sites from the list instead of just letting the download
start automatically, and I had little trouble getting good download rates.
If you haven't tried that yet, it might help.
