I don't think they mean anything. A few of them are anglo-saxon, but the
others just look like meaningless scribbles to me. Maybe someone else knows
more runes that me though.

It's one of the languages of the realms. When I feel like it, i'll translate
it. You get all the shit in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting for
Advanced Dungeons and Dragons.
