Help - locked out of Durlag's

On the level *after* the four warders (i.e. the one with all the doors) when
I pick up the wardstone that (supposedly) opens the NE door of the round
entrance room, the door to the NW of the entrance room opens and shuts
instead in a never-ending cycle every 2 senconds. There is no way to open
the door to the NE of the entrance room or the SE door in the room to the SE
of the entrance room (hitting the tackling dummies or touching the statues
don't help).

Is this a bug? Anyone else ever had this problem? I have BG and Tales
installed on NT4 SP5 and have had no problems at all up to this point (I'm
on Chap 7 and have only to finish Durlag's Tower before pursuing Serevok
into the maze below the Thieves Guild). Is there a patch available that
fixes this problem?

You can download the 'final patch' for TotSC from
http://www.bioware.com/tsc/index.html - it cures many different bugs.

There are patches for both BG and TOSC. I'm at the same level as you and didn't have your particular problem but just uninstalled the game because of constant crashing (back to desktop), usually when a greater doppleganger appears.
I've just started Planescape, wish me luck :-)
