The Mage at High Hedge will buy it.

You can sell wands at the School of Sorcery in Baldur's Gate if you've
gotten far enough in the plot to enter the city. If not, I've always
found that The Friendly Arms will buy *almost* anything - but I've
never tried selling a wand there.

Hope this helps!

Thanlantyr at the High Hedge will buy it, but be prepared to have lots of
money to buy it back! I sold him my wand of frost with one final charge on
it for 75gp and now he wants 15750gp for it fully charged! hehe - he will
have to wait I think. Let me know how much you have to pay to get your wand
of monster summoning back - I think mine is close to needing a recharge!

:)

I've got one charge left. Than offered me 250GP for it and will sell it
back for 22350 I think. I decided not to sell it hoping someone else might
turn up.

Eeek! I must have only one charge left on mine then, because I have noticed
he will offer me 250gp for it too. Bugger....

Is the price the only way to know how many charges the wands have left?

Yup, as far as I know. Here is a link to a chart to help you.

The rest of this site is pretty nice also.

The mage of Highe Hedge buys, but if you already killed him, as I did, the Erdane in the entrance of Durlag's Tower is an option.

18 years since the original post. ***EIGHTEEN FUCKING YEARS!!!*** And you
reply to it as if Rich just asked his question today, and hadn't already
received several answers.

Also: no guarantee Rich had TotSC installed.

Yeah, I'm still lurking in a number of dead groups.

What kind of info are you looking for? There's all kinds of stuff that could
be considered useful. If you've totally forgotten everything, grab Dan
Simpson's walkthroughs:

https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/community/D_Simpson/contributions

Last I checked, they were the best ones available, but they don't include EE
content. For that, check the GameFAQs pages:

Nothing particular. I have hard copies of the game faqs (from Planet
Baldur's Gate) and Dan's walk-thru. Shadowkeeper and gatekeeper still
work, too LOL Planescape Torments editor doesn't work anymore, though.

I don't have Torment EE installed to check, but I bet you could try using EE
Keeper there. (Assuming that's what you have.)
