Has anyone been able to get Ascension to work with the UK version of ToB?

In the first "manifestation" of this mod, i.e., when I gave Sarevok his
sword, the dialogue window popped up but was blank; also the description of
the sword is also now blank.

Presumably the UK ToB doesn't fully recognise the dialog.tlk file I put in
the override directory- is there any way of getting it to work, or shall I
wait for, er, someone to alter this mod for the UK version? (obviously, I
can't play the game if the dialogues are all blank)

Otherwise, I guess I'll pack the game away for now.

Hello there,

Can I ask without seeming to be totally out of touch. What is
Ascension? I have been away for a while on a quest to rid the land of
Motherboard of Gremlins. It has been largely successful except that
they still lack enough of the creatures know as Ram.

All the best, Chris

It's a not-quite-official mod for Throne of Bhaal which expands and alters
the plot right at the end. I'm intending to try it out this time through,
but so far I've failed twice to download it.

Get it here:
http://home.hetnet.nl/~skyfire/ascension13.exe

The patch to 1.4:
http://home.hetnet.nl/~skyfire/ascensionpatch14.exe

This is my webspace, where my site will be hosted (probalbly under the
URL criticalhit.cjb.net). Ascension will be available on that site,
among other downloads.

Thanks very much, Marvael - I was trying to get it via FTPPlanet, and kept
getting the connection dropped after finally getting to the front of the
queue. Your site seems to give a faster download time too.

Hehehe... that will change when more and more people visit the site
when it is finished. Now, almost nothing is on that space, and almost
nobody is downloading anything from there. (But that will change; wait
and see.)

As Mr. Weimer would say:
A shameless plug! :=)
