Help with Zhurlong's Boots

[Hyperion]

I have scoured the map south of Beregost trying to find the hobgoblins with
his boots of stealth but can't find them anywhere. I found hobgoblins in
the SW area and near the sunken house but they're not carrying the boots.
Help!

Look for a cave entrance. The hobgoblin with the boots should be just south
of it, with 1 or 2 associates. You might want to pop into the cave as well -
there are some goodies within.

One of them should be wearing them, just search the bodies. There is another
option however -> once I went to the map east of the one you were looking,
and I was attacked by the hobgolins with the shadow boots...
