Reputation does get reset when you export a PC to a new game. But if your PC
was a fallen paladin in the previous game, I guess he's going to be a fallen
paladin after exporting. Once a paladin is fallen, there's no way to reverse
it, even by raising rep. So resetting the rep doesn't do it.

To clarify -- I think you *can* raise a fallen paladin using a game editor, but
I've never used one.
