If you kill her, it's a prop, worth about 250 gp. I believe. However,
if you deal with her instead of killing her, you might get the lock to
fulfill a quest for her. The quests is worth more XP then killing her,
though I personally feel that what you have to do is so evil that only
evil parties should listen to her. Good parties should kill her
without further ado.

Kirinhale the Succubus can be dealt with in two ways. You can kill her,
or you can do a quest. Talk to her and try to be nice and inviting.
Agree to find another "victim" Take the lock of hair and give it to the
man one level down. The talk to Kirinhale again. You get 4000XP.
By the way, what do you get if you kill her?
