Hello,
I just came back from Werewolf island, I went talk to Mendas and he
told me that if I don't kill him I'll become a werewolf, to see what
would happend I just left the house without fighting him, I went to the
inn and slept for like fifteen days and nothing happend, I wonder if
something ever happens, I would really like to see that, did someone
else tried that? what happend? I'm curious to know.

You should turn into a Loup-Garou and kill everything in sight. 15 days is
not normal, should happen much sooner. Try leaving the area.
