casting Haste

The wizard spell Haste is very effective. In the real AD&D game it also is
very effective but also very destructive to your character (after a while)
because of the aging effect. Now in the spell description of Haste in BG it
also states that the character ages one year .... but does he really? And if
so did they incorporate the aging effects? In other words can I Haste my
human characters a1000 times and still not kill them through old age?
Anyone know?

are home free. I've used it about a dozen times most games and nobody
went senile yet 8>.

I used haste more than any other spell and all that happened is that I
kicked ass. Go fast, go well

The only time i ever used Haste was to get past the fire room in Dulags
Tower.
