Is there anything special that you do with this? I've encountered no one
named Nestor looking for a dagger yet. I'm on chapter 4, so maybe it comes
later in the game, but could someone fill me in on this, thanks

You're supposed to give a dagger to someone on the second level of the
Nashkell mines. I don't remember if that was Nestor.

Quinn wants Nester's dagger. He is in area AR0100 in Baldur's Gate.
That is in the same area as Entar Silvershield's Estate and the Helm
and Cloak Inn. There are two houses to the right of your screen.
Quinn is in the northern one of the two houses.
