Q:Perdue's Short Sword?

I've found Perdue's Short Sword (Whoever Perdue is...) it's isn't
magical, it isn't particularly good, and it's taking up space in my
inventory, any ideas on where to offload it, hopefully with some xp
payoff?

Perdue is in an inn in Beregost. It's the one behind Garrick (after he
moves), I forget the name.
IIRC you get 500 XP for it.

The inn behind Garrick is the Burning Wizard. But Perdue is actually in Red
Sheaf Inn I think.

He's in the Red Sheaf which is next door to the Burning Wizard, which is
in central Beregost

Sword as far as I recall can be found either around High Hedge or just
North of it, I think it was in the mitts of either an Xvart, Kobold or
Skeleton, just a normal low level encounter - almost missed it, just
happened to highlight it and the description came up as "Perdue's Short
Sword" Maybe if you find the guy first then he'll give you better
directions than me!

Perdue hangs out at the Red Sheaf in Bergerost. Rather a rude
character, if I recall.
