It's one of your main character's special powers. Click on the star
on the control bar, on the far right of the screen. That'll bring up
a sub-screen of special abilities, including the transformation to
Slayer you picked up in the main game, and class-specific abilities
such as the paladin's Detect Evil, Protection from Evil and so on.
