Where can I found Arkion?

Nemphre asked me to found Arkion, where is he?

SE sector, left of the docks screen. There are several houses there. One is
Nemphre, and the other one is the next screen over (although their houses
back onto each other!) is Arkions (or vice versa, I don't remember).

Arkion is on the same map as the Elfsong tavern. His house is in
the street at the bottom of the area and faces south.

How do you get this quest? I have spoken to both of them. Arkion wanted a
body from the sewers, which I did, but Nemphre said she had no use for me. I
spoke to her first originally, and then again after completing A's quest,
but still nothing. Help!

Nemphre don“t like females. You must have a male as party leader (top
portrait) when you speak with her. The same goes for:

* Safana to join
* Oublek to mistake you for Greywolf
* Phierkas for the Algernon“s Cloak quest

The quest can be done without talking (dialogue) to N.

I'm still confused. I put Minsc temporally in charge of the group. Talked to
Nemphre, got the quest to get amulet, wnet to Arkion, pickpocketed teh
bloodstone amulet, returned it to her, got givena scri\oll in payment. Now
someone p,ase explain to me how this ties in with the cleric standing there
talking to the guy at Sourcerous Sundries. I heard in previouds posts that
you are supposed to take him some paperwork to do with these two (A and N),
but all he says is how are N adn A. Help!!!

What you need to take to the guy at S.S. are the ring and the
amulet. How you get the items is up to you.

Method 1: kill A and N
Method 2: pickpocked A and N
Outcome is the same either way, AFAIK. Perhaps there is yet
another way. Personally, I prefer no. 2 (I have a good thief).
