Other than that - Oberon the wizard from BG City is in one of the Icewind
Dale Trilogy, which also of course, includes Drizzt. Elminster as you said
would be another, as would Bhaal and pretty much every other god.
I would also guess that if any other novels have been centred around
Baldur's Gate City, then some or all of the Grand Dukes would have been
mentioned, similarly with Athkatla... and specifically with the Shadow
Thieves - I would have thought their leader would have been mentioned now
and again.
