1. Degrodel.
2. Sourcerous Sundries.
3. erm... I forget the name of the third.

Ok then. If I still have readers, does anybody know the solutions to the
following problems:
1. Degrodel gives me a mission to get the Helm of Balduran. If I go back
with it I cannot stop him taking it. Is there anyway to keep the helm & kill
the twit. (I have an objection to simply killing people with blue circles. I
prefer to talk them into acting aggresivly). I want a "look Bub - I'm
keeping the helm - so call up your monsters and lets fight!" solution.
2. On a related note I cannot figure out how to kill the peeping tom, or the
druid woman in the peeping tom mission (I cannot remember either of their
names). First I talk to the kids in the house to get the guy to appear. He
gives me a spiel about a druid trying to break into the house. She suddenly
appears, and when I talk to her gives me the run-about "excuse me while I'm
changing). Now they both just stand there and I can't get an aggresive
response out of either. I think I actually just killed them both in
frustration.
3. Sourcerous Sundries: A guy there warns me about Arkion and Nemphre. I
have searches the whole of BG and have found neither of therse characters. I
feel cheated somehow.

Your 'problem' is refusing to click your sword icon on a blue circle. You must
do that to advance in the peeping tom quest. Here you are being forced to judge
theses two, pick the liar, and enforce some frontier justice. I did em both,
hehe.
There is argueable noone in the game that rates a backstab more than this
Degrodel <expletive>. If you won't attack him, it must be because you are a wus
and deserve to be exploited.
Arkion and Nemphre are in the houses, IIRC. You must break in, notice their
names, and pickpocket or attack a blue circle. A* is in the NW, maybe. N* is on
the east side of the harbor. This is a stupid quest anyhow, kill all three and
loot them.
Chris, your morality was not shared by the game designers. You fail these
quests, and that's OK, or you adapt and wail on a blue circle. I would at least
reload and not return to Degrodel, keep the doodads of Balduran.
Quite simply, don't go to him.
IMO, the helm is more valuable.

You could kill both.
If you kill Gervaisse (the guy), the druid (Voltine) will give you a
staff
of polymorphing.

Arkion is in a locked house in the SE corner of the East, Middle map.
Nemphre is in the NE corner of the SE map.
They have a feud going on, and will ask you to get involved.

You can pickpocket it from him if you have a thief ready for it, or you can
kill him in a rage before he leaves because he is backstabbing you by taking
the Helm and siccing his monsters on you...

As the previous poster wrote, you just have to decide who you side with and
then kill the other.

Check out the above post. Arkion is in a house in East Baldurs Gate (where
you enter the city), and Nemphre is in a house to the east of the Harbor
(actually a few houses south of Arkion, but on a different map...).
Hope these help...
