Hi,
I'm in the maze playing on the highest difficulty.
How big is this maze?
It's getting very boring, same thing over and over except
sometimes there's 1 Modron to fight instead of 3.
So far I've been to 24 locations in the maze.
I might give up on getting Nordom and go for Vhailor instead.

Finally found him but what a boring part of an otherwise great game.
Almost as bad a Mebbeth sending you back to the markets all the
time :-)

I mapped this maze when I last played it. I don't have the map handy
but it's between 8x8 and 10x10. The easiest way to get through the
maze is to pause quickly when you enter a new room and send your gang
towards an exit. You will immediately go to the next room without
fighting anyone. Cheesey but it works.

The thing is the maze is randomly generated!

Yes, I mapped it too, 8x8, but as someone else pointed out it's randomly
generated. I didn't try the run quick method but I sure did pick up a lot
of experience by the time I had finished. I might keep Modron now
rather than picking up Vhailor. He only has 1 crossbow but his pic shows
2 and he seems to fire 2 arrows at a time and they are very effective.
Actually, I think I'll keep a save game where Vhailor is and play him
another time from that point in the game, I hear he is a tough ombre.

It's 8x8. It is random, but once you set it to "hard", the maze will not
change until you "reset" it. Mapping out your route will decrease your
frustration. Killing the constructs will get you some decent stuff, and
they are 4000 XP each.

It's an 8x8 maze, randomised each time you reset it (by commanding the
Modron foreman in the control room). A couple of things to bear in mind:

* There are only two 'unique' rooms

* One of these unique rooms can only be entered from the right hand side (so
you must exit a map by taking the door to the left in order to enter this
particular unique room)

* The other unique room can only be entered from the bottom (so exit the
earlier map from the top door)

* Once reset, the maze stays in that position until you command the Modron
to reset it or change the difficulty level

* After a reset, all equipment (and NPC's!) in the maze are lost forever.
No joke here, do NOT dorp any party member inside the maze!
