No. At least, not in the manner that you're implying.

(*VERY MINOR SPOILER IN THIS PARAGRAPH*) Well, if you didn't know, Saverok
doesn't have friendship in mind for your character, exactly. If your
character haven't figured this out by the time you reach the Friendly Arms
Inn after 3 different assassination (sp?) attempts, then he or she probably
deserves a very low INT and WIS rating, and the "pointy end" of whatever the
next assassin or assassins bring to the party.

Bioware admitted that the game was largely designed for good RPing, and
didn't do a very good job at evil RP. Supposedly they're going to give evil
more options in BG2.
If you really want "evil" roleplay (however you define that), then get
Neverwinter Nights when it comes out and design your own diabolical
storyline, and be as evil as you want to be!
This would never be implemented as they would have to rewrite the whole
story again.
