[Before you go rushing off to BetelgeuseFive.com, I've *just* updated
the DNS records and it'll take a while for that main page to kick
in...]

I've just set up BetelgeuseFive.com and registered it with Google Apps
to provide users with FREE @BetelgeuseFive.com e-mail addresses
powered by Google, which include POP and WebMail access and over 2
gigs of e-mail storage. Basically, it's Gmail but with a cool Douglas
Adams-friendly ending. =P Now, for anyone here that doesn't understand
the significance of Betelgeuse Five... first off, shame on you; second
off, it's the home planet of both Ford Prefect and Zaphod Beeblebrox.

The MX records are correctly updated and working, so you can head to
http://mail.google.com/a/betelgeusefive.com/ and set up your own FREE
@BetelgeuseFive.com e-mail address. The website itself, which until I
get anything more significant will be a Google Start page (with user-
settable content and access to the WebMail e-mail). It should all be
up and running smoothly in 24-to-48 hours.

Sincerely,

Apparently I have to set them up by hand. There's a maximum of 100
accounts, so first-come, first-serve. E-mail me your desired username,
and if available I'll set it up for you and send you the temporary
password to access it. If you want, send me two or three in case your
primary isn't available. List them in order of preference.
