Good on all except the last one. Both the trial court and the court of appeals
have held that Trump does not have immunity. Trump's claim, that he has absolute
immunity from prosecution even for things he did that were outside his
presidential duties, is completely absurd, and the courts so far have said so.
However, the issue is not whether or not what he did were crimes. The issue is
if he has immunity from prosecution for them. If he has immunity, then he has a
right not to stand trial in the first place.

Trump's claim is that *anything* he does while president is part of his official
presidential duties, and that even if something he does while president is
criminal, he can't be prosecuted for it. Trump basically is saying that anything
he does *while* president is something that he is doing *as* president, that is,
anything he does while president, including picking his nose and wiping his ass
(maybe Waltine Nauta did that for him), is an official presidential act. That is
clearly bullshit and wrong. Both the trial and appeals court have agreed that
Trump's claim is bullshit and wrong, and it is almost inconceivable the SCOTUS
will say otherwise.

His illegal activity is in plain sight.

* stealing documents and obstructing justice in their recovery — illegal
* inciting an insurrection (yes, there was an insurrection) — illegal
* slopping together false elector slates — illegal
* soliciting election fraud by Raffensperger and others — illegal
* hush money payments intended to influence election — illegal
* bank and insurance fraud — illegal (he could have been charged criminally)
* income tax evasion — illegal

Trump is a criminal. He has been a criminal his entire life. You support a
criminal for president.
