I also remember asking you twice if you believed that Kent had lied or
if he was being honest about his parents being named Don and 'M' Wills,
he proved that to be untrue when he admitted that Fred and Janet Wills
are his sisters parents. I asked you if you believed his claim about
buying the property at 202 NW College Ave Ankeny Iowa and you failed to
answer. The Polk County Assessors website says his parents bought the
building. He lied when he claimed there was no trailer park on NE
Berwick Drive in Ankeny, yet there are many references to the Oakwood
Heights Mobile Park on the www and in the US Phone book websites.
You replied to that post, so you have no excuses.
He made another claim in alt.friends regarding his court records which
I'm certain you've read. It's the claim where he says he had the
information posted to the website in order to trap me. Do you believe
his claim, or the information I got from his probation officers?

There's a whole list of countries where this is untrue. As I once
explained to Wills, Copyright law in the UK is a CIVIL matter, not a
criminal one. You CANNOT be extradited or even arrested for posting
mp3's in the UK, even if you post through a US based newsfeed and
regardless of where the recording was made. 99% of recordings available
in the UK have some form of US Copyright protection anyway. Even so,
the US has no durisdiction over UK citizens for breaches of CIVIL Law
which happened within the UK or in multiple countries.
You can be arrested, charged and jailed for SELLING counterfeit copies
of audio and software CD's and DVD's, but not for copying, posting,
downloading or podcasting. Broadcasting by radio is covered by the
Radiotelecommunications Act, and is another matter entirely. All the
big record companies have agents in the UK. If they want to sue
somebody for losses incurred (virtually all they can claim is loss of
any provable sales) they are free to do so. Even if they secure a
judgement, provided the respondent pays his legal expenses, if he
refuses to pay the record companys costs and any award made against him,
it becomes yet another CIVIL breach, and it is the responsibility of the
Recording Company or their agent to pursue it.

served. In fact, I would welcome him trying.
He's already claimed to have reported me to the Iowa LEA (whilst he was
hiding out in Benton County Arkansas and claiming to be in Polk County
Ia) but since then, I've visited the US and attended a series of
lectures held by the FBI, and I was issued with an ID card. I also have
a US work permit to lecture in the US and underwent the same
investigations any other teacher there would be subjected to. I also
underwent investigation when I applied to adopt a baby in the US and
neither search showed any wants and warrants for me. So much for his
claims.

oh yeah thanks for asking,and for stalking me too! if you happened
to notice not a single person answered my post.and that was because I was
on the right track, I have the proper hardware and software I just needed to

Remember this: Every time he's claimed to have travelled from Iowa to
Arkansas, every time he's talked about Lindsay, his PhD 'Courts

raise $3100 bail and why he was granted easy terms to pay off his fines.
Ask yourself why he bought a BMW convertible one week and why his sister
gave him her old digital camera a week or two later. When you've done
that, compare his claims about never having been in jail with the facts
on the IA court website. He's spent time in Fort DeMoines Correctional
Facility, and he's spent at least 106 days in the Polk County Jail. The
dates are on the website. Run a search for his usenet posts between
those dates in Google Groups and then ask yourself why there are none.

What Wills did to the Bilyeu boy is nothing less than child abuse. He
even ran away and left the boy to face the police alone, and in my book,
that's the worst kind of abuse and gross cowardice. Go and check the
boys court record on the same website and ask yourself if his record
would be so long if Wills hadn't introduced him to crime, then ask
yourself if Wills is worth your respect, friendship and protection.

If anybody wishes to pay the fee, they can download the complete
transcript. You don't once deny entering the building or stealing from
the parked cars. Your only claim is that the garage was wrongly
described, and as the above text shows, you were wrong there too.
The court records also show that you could not raise $3100 bail, they
show that you requested terms to pay the fine which the Iowa Courts
website shows as being in default.
Why were you jailed on August 7th 2001 by Judge Louise Jacobs? Why did
she also extend your probation? Why were you sentenced to detention by
Judge Carol Coppola on April 16 2002. Senior Judge Joe E Smith revoked
your probation at a hearing on November 26th 2003 and sent you to jail.

From the rumors it seems that soon all of his personal records, financial,

frequents. Plus photos of him, his house and whatever car he drives. His
home address and personal phone numbers will apparently be posted as well.
I have in the past advised against such actions when I heard of them but my
voice is either not heard or listened to by these people. It seems he has

The action you layout has been done before with negative results

His 10 yr jail sentence was suspended for 2 yrs. The time has passed
for his suspension to be revoked and the sentence to be enforced.
You should read his response again from when I called him on his
passport. He put so much spin on the figures I'm surprised he didn't
screw himself into the ground.
On the up side, he can still be jailed for breaching probation which was
extended until January 2009 in January of this year for yet another
breach. He's bound to breach the "stay away from Doc" order they pinned
to him before long and I'll be there when he does.
