Motzarella not working

I fired up Wireshark, and see 166.49.172.98 "Time-to-live exceeded",
and that IP address is not the address of Motzarella. Finally, I
see a [RST] for 85.214.90.236, and nothing further.
Next, I tried a traceroute, and this is what I see.

So somewhere in the woods, there is a routing problem, at least from
my side of the pond. Looks like some packets are spinning in circles,
between 166.49.172.97 and 166.49.172.98. So if you can't connect
right now, that could be a reason.

with Motzarella only a few weeks ago and it was all for free. It's a
pity I had to kick you after only one week. Just think of all the wisdom
you could have piled up in a few more weeks. You took a really steep

Gained? It just so happens that I have been knowledgeable probably for more
years than you've been alive. By virtue of my age and experience I see more
clearly than you do especially when it comes to a Usenet user's standpoint.
You look at it from a provider's standpoint which is a warped standpoint
because your position subjects you to a constant barrage of mostly bogus
abuse complaint to which you eventually knuckle. It boils down to the fact
that you simply don't have time to deal with the volume. So, you take the
easy way out and TOS people without even a semblence of a fair hearing. You
have forgotten that your customers deserve better. Your customers have
become throwaways.
So, rather than take the high road and the professional as witnessed by the
likes of a Chris Caputo at Altopia, you debase yourself and your originally
held principles for the sake of expediency. You make a mockery out of Usenet
with your abdicating principles for expediency. Not very admirable. Ask
yourself at what point you allowed yourself to compromise your character
for that is what you have done. Shame on you!

..not a topic. Others might overhear you and decide to join in,

As I see it, Usenet is nothing like a stage or a broadcast.
In my world of extreme leisure,
I find it's important to occupy the mind with fun topics.
As for socialism..
Just as eating and drinking too much ruins your health,
over-consumption has ruined the health of the global economy.
Taxes and regulations are the “ rent ” we pay to live
in a healthier, slower, more civilized society.
Living things ( including humanity in general ) have but one “ choice ”:
“ Live faster ( by consuming more ) or Live longer ”.
Anything that increases your metabolism ( e.g. eating, drinking, drugs )
shortens your life; i.e. it burns out your light-bulb, so to speak.
Living faster means dying sooner.
So-Called “ Humanity ” spits out babies without care or concern
and then sits back and sees where the chips may fall.
Take, for example, these ageist / sexist laws:
While “ sperm donors ” get an automatic ( computerized )
life-long irrevocable lien ( no judge can touch it )
accruing at 12 percent A.P.R. ( in “ interest and penalties ” )..
The mothers with young kids that I know get:
1,200 apartments for 120 dollars per month, free medical, free food,
free cash, free day care, free schooling ( college ), etc., etc.

and professions.
It's a case of the small and closed minded attempting to exact some petty

Fortunately it doesn't work. They are impotent because they cannot shut off
all discourse with which they disagree. They don't control everything. There
