Montana man 'beat a woman to death with a FRYING PAN and seriously
injured two others in a horrifying attack'

James Brien, 22, is charged with homicide and assault after the
frying pan attack
The Hardin, Montana man used the pan as a weapon on February 8 -
one victim managed to call police after the attack
The unidentified woman who died was reportedly in her 40s and
conscious when police arrived, but died weeks after the incident
Brien is being held on $1 million bail in Big Horn County Jail
