Corel Painter 6 Rebate?

I called COREL they said that the offer had expired. Funny so had their web
page that claimed Dec 31 2000. If you buy Corel Painter make sure about the
rebate first!

Interesting. I just received mine today from buy.com, and sure enough, no
coupon. I hate being an asshole to customer service people, but I have a
feeling that's what it's gonna take here.

Late last week, I called Corel and explained that I was planning to
buy Painter 6, and that the buy.com website had a rebate coupon referal
page to the Corel site, and this link did not display the coupon.
He said the offer was still good, and the can should have the coupon.
If not, he could send me one...
So, all hope may not yet be lost... Now I just hope they honor the
coupon...
