On September 5, hurricane Fran struck my state leaving grocery stores
damaged and closed for a week to two weeks. The electricity was out, so
all of the food in the fridge spoiled, and many people had no food to feed
their families. When one could find a grocery store open, the selection
was meager, and anything but healthy. For example, I have a close friend
that had to survive for over a week on Slim Jims (a salty, fatty jerky
product) and cold canned corn. She has very high blood pressure, and it
really affected her health. Fortunately, I was somewhat prepared. But
natural and man made disasters can happen anywhere at any time, and most
people don't think about being prepared ahead of time until they find
themselves in this kind of situation. Due to the fact that regular canned
foods have a shelf life of about 2 years, and take up so much room that
storage for a family group, even for a week, would be difficult, they
aren't a good bet. It is simply too expensive and time consuming to keep
swapping them out every year. I can help.

Nitrogen packed foods are comparable in price to grocery store canned
foods, and have a shelf life of up to 15 years. There are a variety of
fruits, vegetables, dairy, you name it, available, and they are even
available in preselected, nutritionally balanced modules, so you never
have to worry if your nutritional needs are being met, even if you are on
a low fat, low sodium diet. They are not colorless and bad tasting
either. You can cook real meals with them, and are available in single
cans, cases and modules so you can afford to start small, or get a year or
more supply of food at one time. They require 80% less storage space than
traditionally canned foods. They are great for folks that enjoy camping
out and other outdoor activities as well.

I am a supplier of nitrogen packed foods, and would love to send you more
information or answer any questions you might have, from the canning
process right down to nutritional comparisons of individual items. If
