I was looking at some of the Health Tips email magazines that come
from Hallelujah Acres, and I came across the following recipe. It
sounds good!

************************************************
The following recipe was sent in by Cynthia B.:

1 1/2 cups Raw Almonds (soak for 4 hours)
3 medium Carrots (shredded)
1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 Green Onion (chopped)
2 stalks Celery (chopped)

Put above ingredients in food processor and blend to desired
consistency and texture. Add a little distilled water if necessary.
Pour contents into a bowl and add the following:

1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
1/2 - 1 teaspoon Cumin (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Kelp Powder
Celtic Sea Salt to taste

Mix well, refrigerate, and serve. (Also great for Sushi Rolls) ENJOY!

Some of those Hallelujah recipes can be very nice. Some are not
completely raw, of course, but the ones that are can be good.

Cheers. :oD
