Travel to Baton Rouge fairly often and never thought to look for sushi
there, but the customer I was visiting told me to try Koto. Koto is
at 3023 College Dr. and while I don't believe Japanese owned was very
acceptable given it's location.
Nigiri pieces were large and fresh, rice was flavored very well for
the winter time, just a bit sweeter than in summer. They had an
assortment of rolls, from the common to the local type, (cajun roll)
spicy crawfish. The crunchy roll was very good also. All in all a
very acceptable experience, reasonably priced, and convenient to most
hotels in the area.
