You can't be bothered to use a search engine, an archive, nor do you care
the join us, but you want info? No, I don't think I'll e-mail you...
Unless you are _really_ into making sushi, and making it often, there is
no need for all that junk. That is unless you have more storage space and
money to burn than sense. Sudare (mats) are only a buck or two, though,
if you have a fixation with rolls. Conical temaki are just as good.
First purchase would have to be the suihanki- rice cooker. Second, the
oka- flat, shallow wood "bowl" for preparing the sushi rice.
