Comments: This is a variation of the classic Italian "salsa verde"
which is usually served with boiled meats (bollito misto)
1 Bunch of parsley chopped finely
1-1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 lemon (juice of)
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Anchovies chopped finely
1 Tbsp. capers chopped finely
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
Put everything in a food processor for 30 sec. serve cold.
Couldn't be any easyer ....
