Directions:
1. Cut bread into small cruton sizes
sprinkle salt & pepper and bake'm
2. Lil wine, garlic clove, fry fish
Cook thorough leave nice & juicy
3. Toss crutons in fryer contents to
partial soften for bedding baking
4. Lay bed of seasoned crutons with
fish, heaivy lemon & pepper fish
5. sprinkle some parmaseam all over
bake, spash lemon juicy and parm
Notes:
(You want nice saturated crusty
bed crustons lemon pepper fish)
