1 18.25 oz. box deluxe yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs -- divided
1 cup chopped pecans
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese -- softened
1 16 oz. box confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix, butter, 1 egg, and nuts in a
9"
by 13" baking dish or pan. Mix with hands and press down to form
crust. In
large bowl of an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese with the
sugar,
remaining eggs, and salt. Mix on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour
over cake mixture. Bake about 30 minutes until set.
