complaint to McDonalds about Gerber location

This location doesn't represent McDonald's quality. Thankfully, the
taste is still there but lots of other things don't match up when this
location is compared w/ others in the Sacramento region. I've been at
least twice in the past 2 months.
Let's talk about the bathrooms. My wife says the women's bathroom has 2
sinks but 3 of 4 knobs on the sinks are missing. Only one of the knobs
present is a hot water knob. In the mens bathroom, there is no mirror.
Not only that but the bathroom's cleaniness doesn't equal that of
other McDonald's I've seen.
The dollar menu here is missing $1 small french fries. I had to pay
almost $2 for a medium size b/c a small was $1.70 (ripoff).
About the service. Even though it was slow on both visits, the staff
here works SLOW. And both times they didn't fill the order correctly
(an item was missing each time). It seems the cashiers forget to check
the order before serving the customer.
These are the reasons I don't believe this location keeps up to the
standards set and represented by others in Sacramento. This location
warrants a visit by corporate or someone who can make a difference.
