Low Fat Dumplings

Does anyone have a recipe for dumplings made out of flour and milk?

The pritiken one is the one I am interested in if anyone has it.

Low fat dumplings

1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk

mix together to form a wet dough
drop large spoonfulls into SIMMERING liquid.
cover and simmer for about ten minutes

You can add herbs/seasonings to the mix if you want. I particularly
like the Scandavian habit of adding a pinch of fresh ground nutmeg to
the mix if it is made with poultry or vegatarian soup/stews.
