What is the difference between Sorbet or Sherbet?
Is it the translation or the recipe..???

The primary difference between sherbet and sorbet is defined by U.S.
law as:

SHERBET - a low-fat dairy product containing less than 4.5% milkfat,
while SORBET is non-dairy......no milk or cream.
