I know we discusssed this brand of muffins and cornbread a couple of
weeks ago, but I just got the opportunity to try them. They're great!
I've made the bluberry and the cranberry-orange muffins. The texture is
good, and they don't dry out. My husband (very picky eater) ate some of
the blueberry muffins and said he couldn't tell the difference.

I bought the mixes at Albertson's. It should be in most large chain
stores.

I've heard of that brand only once; my roommate had it in Utah/Arizona. Here's
hoping I can get it in Pittsburgh.

Cranberry-orange??? I was lucky to find blueberry, a fake banana and
chocolate brownies...and I have a huge new Albertson's about a mile
away...

Hmmmm time for me to have a chat with the manager:):)

They also make a great pancake mix. I've tried blueberry and apple
cinnamon.

They have a good fat-free brownie mix too.

make the brownies, but add 1/2 C, applesauce. I mixed the water and mix
until it got really thick and then mixed in the applesauce and they were
even better. makes them fudgier.

Been using their whole wheat pancake mix for 20 years now and still love it.

Yes. Apple sauce (or often persimmon sauce for us) will make the bake moister for most any baking. Nearly a butter substitute. 1:1.
