Since when has McDonalds been allowed to this sort of thing without
informing the customer beforehand?

I ate $6 worth of Taco Bell food today alone.
I'm the healthiest eating mother fucker you'll ever encounter on this
newsgroup. I eat fast food about twice a year. I do have an opinion on it
when I do.
70% of what I ate today from Taco Bell was quite good. The one soft taco
with chunks of the red food-colored taco shell was almost inedible.
I don't remember what I ordered. I was looking for the most calories for
the buck. Their receipt is cryptic at best.
If I feel a need to feed, Taco Bell is top of my list. I'm a big, fat,
gluttonous pig, and I can get absolutely stuffed at the Bell for less than a
dime.
Anybody who eats $15 worth of their fare in one sitting is an absolute hawg!

First thing that crossed my mind after reading his post. Except this
version likes to share his idiocy across multiple groups.

I didn't know there was any such thing as a big N tasty until
yesterday! I ordered it and was completely satisfied. My first
thought was to order it with no cheese, because I don't like cheese
with vegetables... but I was really hungry - so I said "yes" to
everything and I wasn't sorry I did it. BTW: I ordered the "Meal
deal" and couldn't finish all the fries or the drink (water for me).
Eat your hearts out Corey haters. I will order a Big N Tasty again.
Not tomorrow, not next week... but I will order it again.
BWAHAHAHAHA!
Next time, I'll order it w/o cheese. OK, I'm weird. It's usually
cheese, no vegetables or vegetables, no cheese. I was starving so I
was a total slut with toppings.
What's your opinion about BK burgers (Jr. Whoppers)? I used to LOVE
them, but I think they've gone down hill.

LOL, what a convenient philosophy :)
You're deluding yourself. Sure, you can eat it with no apparent ill
effects. But that does NOT make a "healthy diet" healthy.

No, it's not just convenient, it's true!

No, alone it does not make a healthy diet. However, as *part* of a
healthy diet it's quite valid.

I often like BK burgers, although the flame-grilling often leaves them
over cooked and a tad dry.
True, according to mainstream 'authorities' - whose priorities and
motives cannot be trusted - period.

Agreed.

That is an oxymoron, really.
In no way can *anything* sold by the likes of mcdonalds be considered
'healthy' (unless you are literally starved of food, of course).
The scale and way they operate simply makes it impossible.
But I /do/ understand basically what you're saying and coming from
regardless.
Sorry to hear of your troubles. The reality is that they can pretty much
do whatever they have to do to get you that piece of meat on a bun -
maybe it was all they had. :-)
However, you should be able to walk into a McDonald's and get your
standardized grub as God intended and McDonald agreed to when they made
that covenant with God back in those ancient times. As a show of
solidarity with the plight of your people, well, maybe just you - I will
order a Big n' Tasty the next time I find myself in that establishment.
I have to say however, that I don't think I've ever seen that one the
menu. However, if it's there, I'll be eating the burger in solidarity
with you, my brother.
Shalom!
That's 100% percent TRUE! And it's a proven fact.

But Jerry, you are not supposed to eat it in EXCESS!!!!

I hope you're not trying to say that you're a shining example of that
"fact". You weigh 320lbs ferchristsakes.
Bucky
I never said I DO eat it in excess. What are you worried about.
Which is a reuslt of many factor's other then a fast-food diet, which I
proved many time's already.
> I never said I DO eat it in excess.
You DO eat it in excess if you're spending $15/visit at Taco Bell. Plus
you weigh over 300 pounds! And you actually BRAG about your weight and
eating habits here on Usenet.
Dude - you're in SERIOUS DENIAL. You sure as hell don't eat fast food
as any sort of HEALTHY diet. What a joke.
Bucky
70% of the food you eat is fast food.
You eat about twice as much as a normal, healthy person would.
You weigh 320lbs.
You can't stand for more than 10 minutes at a time.
What the hell else is there to prove?
Lucky
personally, i think it is a result of the abuse of apostrophe's.
your pal,
blake
<sigh> HOW many TIME'S must we go thru this. LARGER PEOPLE REQUIRE
LARGER AMOUNT'S OF FOOD.
Get with it.
Robert
Yes, this is true if you're happy and at peace with your weight. You need
the calories and fat to maintain your current weight. More mass would
require more food to *maintain* the mass. That is correct. However, if a
person is unhappy with their weight, then changes need to be made.
You're not unhappy with your weight, Jerry, so why do you keep justifying
yourself to these people? I'm not being mean to you, sweetie, but if you're
happy, you're happy. Everybody has a vice; you like fast food, other folks
smoke, pop pills, drink, participate in extreme sports, whatever floats
their boat. We're all going to die in the end anyway, aren't we? Go by the
vice of your choice and be happy.
kili <----- who's dreaming of a spinach & mushroom lasagna with a white
sauce.
Yes, spinach is one of my vices (not allowed to have) and I'm going to make
this dish and eat it this weekend. Hmm, maybe I'll be bold and get some bay
scallops, too. (Not allowed to have those either.)
> <sigh> HOW many TIME'S must we go thru this. LARGER PEOPLE REQUIRE

>
> Get with it.
Uh.. no they don't. They just often hoard those calories better.
Exactly WHERE did you get this 320 LB figure from? I certainly never said
it. Is this another Steve lie?
I'm actually pretty happy with my weight, it hasn't really been an issue for
me. I am extrememy happy with most of my life. There is only one diet that
is compatable with my system, and I can't spend too much time on it because
I get sick of eating the same food over and over, but one month out of the
year is fine with me and my parent's who first forced me to try it several
year's ago.
And the reason I keep justifiying myself here is because I have a right to
pursue whatever it is that makes me happy, and noone has the right to tell
me what to eat. BUT.... Lasanga does sound like a good choice, kili, so
I'll have to beg my mom to make some for supper tomorow!!!!!! (w/o spinach!
:-)) I'm sure she'll say yes since it is a family favorite.
Thanks for the advice kili.
Thats right - he's a JOKE. So enjoy the joke! :)
ROFL...!
> Get with it.
"it" being morbid obesity?
IT being science. And common knowledge.
And it's not MORBID obesity because I'm still alive.
You posted that you weighed 300lbs over two years ago. It's all in the
archives. And at the rate you're going, you must weigh AT LEAST 320 by now.
Bucky
Nope, I never did. Steve probably imagined it and that's what you saw.
So you're a figment of Steve's imagination then.
More Proof . Thanks jerry
I don't remember posting that at all. Get a life.
You seem to have trouble remembering what you posted yesterday, so no
surprise there. Fact is, you posted it, you were proven a liar, and I
DEMAND an APOLOGY and that you ADMIT YOU'RE A LIAR IMMEDIETELY!
In your face, asshole. You're the one that started THIS confrontation,
and you lost. Then you tell ME to get a life? HA!
See Kili, dear? This is why we all think Jerry is a supreme asshole
(even you do, too - you know you do) and deserves to be euthanized.
